Hello! Welcome to my little blog. I decided to start lashing in 2017. After years of being a makeup artist for MAC, Bobbi Brown and Nars cosmetics. In 2014 I earned my estheticians license, and after a year of doing facials and waxing in various salons I realised I wanted a change. I went on the quest for the next big thing in the beauty industry and found eyelash extensions! I took a training with Xtreme Lash, and after repeating the course three times, I was on my way to becoming an certified lash technician. Applying lash extensions is not easy, and it requires tons of patience and lots of practice. My first few, I meant first 40 sets were not great, but each set got better and better with each client. If you are thinking about coming a lash tech my advice to you would be to do extensive research and find the best trainer in you area. Great training programs can be expensive, So keep in mind this is an investment and in order to be competitive in the lash industry ongoing education is critical.
